Refund Policy

We want every founder to be confident subscribing to FOUNDER. This policy explains when you can get your money back and how.
If FOUNDER isn't right for you, request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.
1. Eligibility
- First payment on any plan (Starter, Growth or Scale): full refund within 30 days of the charge.
- Renewal payments: refundable within 14 days of the renewal charge if the plan was not materially used in that period (e.g. no AI generations or WhatsApp messages). Otherwise we will cancel future renewals immediately.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded in full.
- Referral credits grant 1 hour of free plan access each, have no cash value and are not refundable.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@thefoundernetwork.co.za or use our Contact form (topic: Billing) with your account email and Paddle receipt or Paystack reference. We respond within 24 hours.
For USD software orders, Paddle is Merchant of Record; you can also request a refund at paddle.net. For ZAR orders, contact THE FOUNDER NETWORK PTY LTD using the support details above; payment processing is handled by Paystack.
3. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through the provider used at checkout. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank; PayPal and wallets are usually faster.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel at any time from Subscription inside the app or by contacting support. Cancelling during the one-day Paddle free trial ends trial access without a monthly charge. For paid subscriptions, cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We never send checkout links by message — all purchases start on this website.
5. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including under the South African Consumer Protection Act, the EU Consumer Rights Directive or other applicable law.
